- These walls are old and you need to use UHU Sticky Tac or 3M removeable strips. Do not add any additional holes to the walls. There are plenty that you can use.
- There is a $250.00 fee when tampons and other products clog the toilet. DO NOT FLUSH FEMININE PRODUCTS!
- Empty dryer lint filters after each load of laundry.
- Thermostats should be left at 68 degrees during cold months. If it is higher the heat exits the house and is waster and the utility bill is higher. Any utility bill that exceeds a reasonable amount resulting from over use of the heat will be the responsibility of all roommates.
- Moving furniture must be approved by the manager. Just ask us.
- During and after showering dehumidifiers and fans must be on or a window cracked to prevent mold growth.
- Computer online downloads are discouraged. The slow down the internet dignificantly. No illegal downloading, file sharing, etc.
